This includes U.S. tax information for affiliates based in the United States or with a presence in the United States, and a form verifying no U.S. activities for affiliates outside of the United States. It is your responsibility to keep your tax information current, and we will hold all affiliate commissions until tax information has been provided. Once you complete this step we we will make any withheld payments per our typical payout schedule.
