yes because GD want to spam your mailbox with tons of rubbish stuffs, we do not solicit service to non customers via email as we do not spam! it is our policy to delete personal details of anyone in our system with no business with us take it or leave it that's the rule... don't like our TOS? do not sign up with us then as you are free to choose your host
What we care is reliability of service and on time prompt response to support request that's what we do best and we do not like collecting people's information.

Even though I don't have Business with you ,But I Agree with your point
every company has their own policy, GD has their own... we choose not to go that route, keeping lots of people in your system can cause confusion especially if there are people with similar name so we would like to keep everything simple to give better service to our customers with active service with us as they are our priority.
QuickWeb done nothing wrong. Chinese people are just petty advantages, dozens of cents or dollars are thought to 1-2. If chosen, do not care so much about this already "spent" little cheaper.
