域名纠纷到哪里投诉呢？

我以前在rebel上有3个域名，10月一个快到期转移了，其他2个，一个不想要了，另外一个到2018年，结果11月份自动通过工行未授权支付了2次，好像29刀多，12月发现后我向工行提出拒付，而且我查过rebel网站上面域名时间也没有增加，结果现在原来刀2018年的也不能用了，发邮件联系他们

To reactive Master account "[email protected]", we require a payment within the next ten (10) days in the amount of $44.99USD. This amount includes payment for the original order 14.99$ plus our charge back processing fee of $30.

Thank you for your email. I also see you made a charge back for order 20000339*** which is for the domain in question ***.com. Therefore, my initial email only addressed on domain and now extends to two domains with $44.99 x 2 (each of the domain you charged back).

Please note that as per the terms and conditions, domains renew automatically 43 days before they expire and we give customers 43 days to request we reverse the charge. Given the above, you will have to settle the following:

- domain name ***.com: $14.99 + $30 charge back fee = $44.99
- domain name ****.com: $14.99 + $30 charge back fee = $44.99
