去年删过一次机，然后自己帮我恢复了
We have finished restoring the Compute instance(s) listed in this notification that were incorrectly terminated in the US West (Phoenix) region. During the restore, we were able to reassign your previous Public IP address; however, your instance has been assigned a new OCID.

Preliminary Root Cause: An automatic cleanup that removes Compute instances from terminated accounts incorrectly identified one or more of your free tier instances as being eligible for termination.

一样，号直接封了，之后发了几次邮件，提示我试用天数还剩XX天。昨天跟客服问了一下什么情况，告诉我没事了，以后不会发了。又问了账号能不能恢复，被告知只要被删了就不能恢复
