Idle Compute Instances
Idle Always Free compute instances may be reclaimed without notice. If this happens to your Always Free compute instance, it will appear as stopped in the Console.

To restart the instance:

Open the navigation menu and click Compute. Under Compute, click Instances.
Click the Always Free compute instance.
Click Start.


手动启动一下就行了，啥大惊小怪的
