Below is a reminder of the Seattle network maintenance we emailed you about previously if you were a customer as of 29th December 2023.

Note that the below reminder includes information about temporary changes for the outbound China network routing that was not in the previous email.



As part of our commitment to providing a reliable hosting environment, we will be conducting scheduled network maintenance in order to replace our core network equipment, this will affect all services in our Seattle location. The replacement will allow us to keep reliability high and expand our services in the future.

Please note that there will be a complete outage of networking during the maintenance window, your services will not be shutdown or rebooted.

Maintenance Details for Seattle:

- Date: February 11th, 2024

- Time: 8PM UTC to 12AM UTC / 12PM PST to 4PM PST / 4AM UTC +8 to 8AM UTC +8 (February 12th)

- Network outage expected: up to 1 hour, could occur any time throughout the 4 hour time window above

All outbound China Telecom and China Unicom routes will go via AS4134 temporarily after the maintenance is complete, for up to 12 hours, then AS4837 will be activated again. China Mobile will be unaffected and will route outbound via China Mobile international as it does now.

February 12th (13th UTC +8) will be an alternative date if we’re unable to complete the maintenance on February 11th, same times as above. We will keep our status page updated with when the maintenance will occur, any comments during, and when it has been completed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our services.
